Lead By Example, Incorporated also known as L.B.E. is a non-profit organization founded in February 2016 by LaMar Blake, Denise Smith, and Arlisha Blake, all youth development advocates, former athletes, and public service employees. With community involvement L.B.E. was birthed to:

Our goal is to empower our youth to become future leaders of the community and successful student athletes. Our programmatic philosophy is “Positive Youth Development” an all-inclusive concept that engages youth within their communities, schools, organizations, and families in a manner that is productive and constructive; recognizes, utilizes, and enhances youths' strengths; promotes positive outcomes by providing opportunities, fostering positive relationships, and providing the support needed to build on their leadership strengths. Our goals will be accomplished by providing community outreach and athletic programs which will prepare our youth participants for future success.
Mission
To provide a safe and positive environment for young men and women of the community, by instilling core values of LEADERSHIP, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, and ACCOUNTABILITY through community outreach and sports, with the goal of empowering them to become future leaders of the community and great student athletes.
